So starts the inaugural issue of FULL. Magazine. Over 100 pages, we explore what hospitality means today. It’s a celebration of the comfort of old-school dining, the conviviality of a good pub, and the skill of the front of house teams that beckon us in to our favourite spots.
We also explore some of the issues within the industry: is everyone welcome to work in it? Is the guest still god? And how do we welcome people into our communities, and country, with food?
